Information we collect
The quotation form asks for your name, email address, telephone number, postcode or general area, type of work, optional room details, optional contact preference and project description. It also records that you agreed to the form’s privacy wording.
Do not use the form to send payment details, sensitive information or a full residential address. Photographs are not accepted through the website form.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to understand and respond to your request, discuss possible decorating work, prepare or discuss a quotation, and keep a necessary record of the conversation.
The intended lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in handling and keeping appropriate records of genuine business enquiries. The final lawful-basis wording must be checked against the business’s actual process before launch.
Form processing and sharing
Formspree processes website form submissions on our behalf. Information may also be shared with service providers where necessary to run the website, communicate with you or comply with law. We do not use the form to subscribe you to marketing.
